Just had Jason from Chute Master come by today for dryer vent cleaning, and I'm very happy with the work that was done. Jason was professional and thorough with the cleaning and then even took time going over how I can best use/maintain my dryer system. I couldn't be happier and more impressed with the service I received from Jason and Junior of Chutemaster today. I had used a different company last year, and what a difference in customer service. Jason explained everything to me in clear terms, and went out of his way to throw in a few corrections (at no extra charge) to some of the duct work that had been done by the previous company. I really appreciated all the information that Jason provided, unlike the previous company, that didn't provide any information at all. I'll definitely be using Chutemaster again.

My condo building had a cleaning day for dryer vents today in MA/NH area and I had a pleasure of having two gentlemen named Slava and Anatolli come out and clean the dryer vents. Very respectful, considerate and professional individuals on their job. They were so quick with their job and very helpful in providing guidance on how to check if the dryer is sounding good or not. They also gave me advice on using dryer balls instead of dryer sheets, which I didn't even know was a thing, but you can definitely bet that I am going to switch to that if it helps my dryer be maintained for longer than dryer sheets!Thank you guys so much for coming out and I will definitely give another call for another cleaning for how awesome it was!

This morning I had my AC Vents cleaned for the first time. Bill explained what the Techs would be doing to clean the vents. Chute masters is currently working on my apartment complex that has 312 apartments. They are doing excellent work and all of our apartments are getting done in a very timely manner. Siava & Matt have great customer service when it comes to speaking with the residents and the staff and are doing great work to make sure the job gets completed the right way. Fantastic Service!The scheduler Bill followed up with me a day prior to the service, just to go over the details again. The crew arrived on time. Everyone that works here is pleasant to deal with and very professional. Arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning of all vents in my house. Carefully removed vents and carefully moved around the house. I also had my dryer vent cleaned and I was shocked at how clogged it was with lint! We can definitely feel a difference in the air quality in our home. I highly recommend.
