Chute masters is currently working on my apartment complex that has 312 apartments. They are doing excellent work and all of our apartments are getting done in a very timely manner. Siava & Matt have great customer service when it comes to speaking with the residents and the staff and are doing great work to make sure the job gets completed the right way. The technician, Slava, was the best. He not only explained everything that he ws doing, when I voiced a couple of areas of concern, he explained the issue and also explained how it could be easily remedied. Fantastic Service!The scheduler Bill followed up with me a day prior to the service, just to go over the details again. The crew arrived on time. They explained the process to me and were exceptionally careful when moving furnature and cleaning up when they were finished.Bill even follwed up with me after the service was complete to answer a few questions I had.This is the way service companies should operate.I highly recommend ChuteMaster & will certainly use them in the future.

Everyone that works here is pleasant to deal with and very professional. Arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning of all vents in my house. Carefully removed vents and carefully moved around the house. I also had my dryer vent cleaned and I was shocked at how clogged it was with lint! We can definitely feel a difference in the air quality in our home. I highly recommend.
