Position Overview: Sales Representative
ChuteMaster Environmental is seeking outstanding sales representatives to expand our footprint as an industry leader in the greater New York City Metropolitan area.
This position is a unique opportunity for a sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who can generate new business, cultivate and expand relationships, and set a winning tone as an outstanding sales contributor, playing a pivotal role in the next generation of ChuteMaster’s growth!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence & Business Development
- Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the NYC metro area.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate underserved markets to expand ChuteMaster’s footprint in the region.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to maximize opportunities with high potential prospects.
Operational Excellence
- Strategic Collaboration: Play a key role in planning with the New Business Division Leader to develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, local observations, and operational challenges to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales.
- Results: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling
- Top-flight interpersonal skills, showing ability to quickly build rapport in person
- Strong research skills, utilizing technology to identify key targets
- Ability to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Effective time management
- Strategic priority management – identifying & advancing key priorities as needed
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Additional Notes
- B2B experience required (as opposed to B2C)
- Experience in facility services, HVAC, property management, or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in working with subcontractors and demonstrating a customer-service mindset will be essential to build relationships in this role.
